Absorption of Affine by Sovabail and restructuring of the shareholding.

September 1999

Takeover bid by Sovabail on the finance company Immobail, a former SICOMI (industrial and commercial property company), quoted on the first market of the Paris stock exchange.

January 2000

Affine's holding in Immobail reaches 78.41%.

July 2000

Merger of Sovabail and Immobail, renamed Affine.

February 2001

The Affine group becomes the main shareholder in Concerto Développement.

September 2003

Issue of Mandatory Convertible Bonds totalling €20m.

September 2003

Affine elects the SIIC status (quoted property investment company) from 1st January 2003.

September 2004

Transfert of Imaffine to Altaréa and call option on 4.2% of the Ataréa's capital.

April 2005Affine takes control of the business centre group BFI.
